It is reported primarily at the Long-Term Care Center, post-acute medical care. This project is aimed to determine the evidence-based approach and intervention for sepsis through the implementation of Sepsis six bundles in the Long-Term Care unit. This way, we can decrease the sepsis events, in turn, the mortality rates.The prominent factors that drive the author to select the enhancement on the execution of the resuscitation bundle and they form an integral part of the current sepsis campaign, also called (Sepsis Surviving Campaign), which would lead to reduced sepsis-associated mortality and morbidity.
