The book is aimed at presenting a coherent treatment packages that will help the students to write a test with a minimal anxiety. A total of 322 NCE II students of Federal College of Education (Technical)Bichi, Kano were randomly selected with the use of Test Anxiety Inventory. In all, 75 students participated in the study. t-test for repeated sample was used in the analysis of data. The two treatment groups were exposed to seven (7) weeks of training using REBT and SST. It was found out that both REBT and SST were effective in reducing students' test anxiety. The book is useful to School Counsellors, Psychologists, Students, Teachers and Parents.
