The present study deals with commercial ichthyofaunal diversity form three landing canters viz., Sikka bander, Bed (Rasulnagar), Bedibander with the help of different fishing gears used in the vicinity of Marine National Park (MNP), Jamnagar. The present study deals with commercial ichthyofaunal diversity form three landing canters viz., Sikka bander, Bed (Rasulnagar), Bedibander with the help of different fishing gears used in the vicinity of Marine National Park (MNP), Jamnagar. Sampling was done in monthly interval during September 2012 to April 2013. A total 96 ichthyofaunal species reveled from MNP. The total 43 families reveled form the vicinity of MNP, out of them 84 commercial fish species ware recorded from the vicinity of MNP area. The perciformes order dominate followed by Clupiformes, Tetraodontiformes, Pleuronectiformes orders. Dominant families were Carangidae followed by Scianidea, Clupeidae, Haemulidae, Serranidae, Sparidae families. Four major types of fishing gears viz., gill net, hook & line, vada (Stake net) and cast net with different mesh sizes were used for categorization in the fishing ground of the three landing centers. Total 25 IUCN List species reveled among them. Out of 24 was one species vulnerable, six species were near threatened, 15 species least concern, and two species data deficiency.
