Produktbeschreibung
In under two hours, this book will train you how to find neighborhoods and blocks before they get hot and expensive. If you're tired of watching areas explode in property value and wishing you'd got in years before everyone else (when you could afford it), then this book is for you. In it, you'll not only learn to discover the government plans and projects that spark trends, but to profit off it. You'll be able to target your real estate activity to areas with major potential for growth. If you're an investor, you'll be able to watch your property values increase (think passive income or buy low, sell high strategies). If you're an agent, you'll be able to farm exciting areas no one else knows about yet (think of yourself as the agent with insider information). This is not a get-rich-quick scheme. It's a serious and analytical real estate strategy. This strategy, created by Adam Katz, is based on his extensive research on property values, graduate education in government policy, and experience in economic development. This book is for anyone interested in real estate, whether a novice or professional. This unique approach can be applied to any city or suburb in the entire US, including yours.
