Nebil M Shekur, I got BSc in Soil and Water Conservation from Mekelle University, Ethiopia, and MSc in Environmental Management and Sustainability from University of South Australia. I was a Lecturer in Dilla Agricultural College and then served as a Senior Watershed Management expert in the Ministry of Agriculture, Ethiopia.
