Grammar is an important component of language without which vocabulary alone fail to convey meaning. That is why grammar has been receiving a fairly large deal of researchers' interest in the different methods by which it should be taught and the miscellaneous ways by which it can be enhanced. In an attempt to contribute to the existing body of knowledge related to this area, the current study made use of modern technology, represented in a CALL program, so as to develop prospective teachers' English grammar. The theoretical frame within which the CALL program was designed was the eclectic approach to language teaching. Gender differences in grammar learning were also investigated. The obtained results referred to a significant improvement in grammar learning attributed to using the remedial eclectic CALL program. However, gender was found to have no significant impact on English grammar learning.
