In sub-Sahara Africa public transport system is bedeviled with different types of problems, among which is the increasing wave of criminal activities. This research examined the incidences of crime on bus-stops within Ibadan metropolis in Nigeria. Police records and primary data from respondents were used in analyzing the spatio-temporal variation in the incidences of criminal activities in the selected parks between 2003 and 2008. The book is ideal for undergraduate courses in transportation, urban planning, crime studies and policy making on urbanization in developing countries generally and particularly in sub-Saharan Africa.

Ajayi'Yinka is a researcher and lecturer from the transport management program in Redeemer's university Ede, an alumnus of Universities of Ilorin and Ibadan where he obtained Bsc and Msc degrees in Geography and Geographical Information System. He's running his PhD in the field of Transport, Logistics& SCM. He's married to Mobolaji with 2 boys.
