This study aimed to assess the nurses' perceptions of using social media (SM) to enhance nurses' role in health education at governmental primary health care centers in Gaza governorates. A quantitative, cross-sectional study using a valid and reliable self-administered questionnaire was conducted between June and November 2019 following a census sampling method. A total of 139 nurses from nine centers classified as the fourth level of primary health care (PHC) centers in the Gaza strip participated in this study. A five-point Likert scale was used to collect information on nurses' perceptions according to SM's role in health education.
