Mohr-e khosh medicinal species (zhumeria majdae Rech.f. & Wendelbo) the sole species, endemic and endangered species in Iran.This plant is used, the trial in 12 treatment by regulators of growth, including Naphthalene acetic acid (NAA), Indole butric acid (IBA), Indole acetic acid (IAA), (1 mg/L) and kinetin (kin) , Thidiazuron (TDZ), Benzylamino purine (BAP), putrescine (P), (5/0 mg/L) in combination with in vitro culture conditions, the medium was MS. Explants meristem, stems and leaves using clorox 20% were disinfected for 20 minutes. Features fresh weight of callus, callus and transparency latencies observed were analyzed. The results showed that thirteen days after explant culture, was observed. The best treatment for wet weight and dry weight of callus treated with 1 mg (NAA) + 5/0 mg (Kin) culturing the explant leaves and treated with 1 mg (NAA) + 1 mg (BAP) culturing the explant leaves the best treatment for transparency callus and also the shortest starting at 1 mg callus treatment (NAA) + 1 mg (TDZ) + 5/0 mg (P) in meristem explants were cultured.
