I am trying to shine the spotlight on the missed concepts of the impact of poultry production and products on human health and well-being. Also, I study nutrigenomics approach to understand the effects of Japanese origin probiotic (Koji) on animal production and product quality.

Dr/ Ahmed Ali Mahmoud Saleh, PhD.He is lecturer in department of Poultry Production, Faculty of Agriculture, Kafrelsheikh University, Egypt. Since 2009 to 2011 he was a visiting researcher in Kagoshima University, Japan. He was published many scientific articles in different international Journals and has another international book.
