This monograph presents a research work on the extent of innovativeness and the factors influencing the innovativeness among housing developers in Malaysia. While some scholars opine that the housing industry is generally lagging behind other industries in terms of innovativeness, others contend that this claim does not reflect the actual condition of the industry. This book therefore attempts to verify the claim about the innovativeness status of the housing industry in Malaysia. This book also examines the factors influencing the innovativeness of housing developers in Malaysia. The research findings reported in this work will encourage the stakeholders in the industry to pay much attention to the factors found to be significantly influencing the innovativeness among housing developers in Malaysia.
Autorenporträt
Dr. Ahmed Mohammed Kamaruddeen obtained his bachelor degree (B-Tech Quantity Surveying) from Federal University of Technology Minna, Nigeria. He later pursued his postgraduate studies at Universiti Sains Malaysia where he obtained his MSc., and Ph.D in the field of Project Management. He is currently a Senior Lecturer at the School of Technology and Logistics management, Universiti Utara Malaysia.
