It is time to develop a system which avoids this rigidity and simplicity. This type of system is, in fact, a first step to the field of modular organization.

Dr. Ahmet Remzi Ulu¿an graduated from Hacettepe University. He holds a PhD degree from Gazi University. He is currently working as an Asst. Prof. at Bäkent University School of Foreign Languages and giving lectures on Language Acquisition and Language Teaching Methodology to ELT students at Faculty of Education of the same university.
