Improving the academic performance of students is utmost priority of every teacher and a concern to parents. Although, teaching resources, infrastructures, manpower have been a drawback to traditional teaching delivery methods. However, this paper investigates Improving Students' Academic Performance through Exposure to Web-Enhanced Classroom Instruction by addressing three major concerns - "the technology tool that supports and enhances student academic performance; analysis and description; and the implementation strategies for teachers and instructors in accordance to teachers teaching styles. The author explores the topic empirically with a sample of 250 students from the University of Lagos, Lagos State Polytechnic, and Federal College of Education using convenient sampling method. The findings from the investigations indicated that web-enhanced instruction support student academic performance. Consequently, the author recommends the technological tools to be adopted by teachers since they understand best the education philosophy. This will promote teacher's credibility, increase financial capacity, and eventually leads to incorporation of a new educational technology company.
