Kate Crowley, Adjunct Associate Professor of Public and Environmental Policy at the University of Tasmania, is widely published on environmental politics and climate policy. She is recipient of the Vice-Chancellor of the University of Tasmania's award for Outstanding Community Engagement on climate change and sustainability. Akihiro Nakamura has been an Associate at Meiji University, the University of Tasmania, and the Institute of Social Sciences of the Central Region, Vietnam. He is also a climate policy researcher / analyst at the Research Institute of Innovative Technology for the Earth, Japan, and IOM Law, Norway.
