Graduated in Medicine, Paulo Celso Budri Freire is dermatology specialist at the Federal University of São Paulo. He holds a Master degree in Biomedicine at the State University of Campinas, a MBA in Health Innovation Management at Instituto Butantan, Brazil and a PhD in Evidence-Based Medicine at the Federal University of São Paulo.
