With carefully calculated risk to his own wellbeing, he roams the city in search of people in distress. He uses his uncanny talent to find trouble and insert himself into it. This superpower, if it qualifies as such, combines rather poorly with his inflated ego and remarkable flawed personality, frequently challenging the distinction between finding and causing trouble.
