Alemu Osore Aga is an assistant professor of Hydraulic Engineer at Hawassa Univ. Institute of Technology, Ethiopia. He received engineering degrees (B.Sc.) from Haramaya Univ. and M.Sc. from Hawassa Institute of Technology. Dr Alemu received his PhD in Civil Engineering, specialization Hydraulic Engineering, from Addis Ababa Institute of Technology
