Alexander Castilla (PhD, Columbia University) is an independent researcher whose areas of expertise include identity politics, migration studies, human rights and Islam in Western Europe. Castilla s work has led him to be instrumental in community and educational outreach projects in Barcelona, Buenos Aires, Rio de Janeiro and New York.
