Television has made a big contribution to the public sphere since its creation and in 2010 MIT Technology Review announced Social TV as one of the 10 most important emerging technologies. By studying the 'Supersaturated' society through a variety of research methods including reflective practice, sociological methods and data analysis, I hope to gain an accurate insight into how postmodern television; in particular in regards to television's convergence with 'Web 2.0', could transform how our viewing culture (or society) interacts with television.
