Alexandr Nikolaevich Teslenko is professor, doctor of pedagogical science (Kazakhstan) and doctor of sociological science (Russian Federation), academician. About twenty years he has been giving lectures in leading universities of Astana on pedagogy, psychology, sociology and political science.
