I was born in Pavlovo, Gorkiy region, USSR, in 1975. In 1992 I finished secondary school and entered Radiophysical faculty of the Nizhny Novgorod State University. In 1998, I received Master of Physics degree. In 2001, I received the Candidate of Science degree, Phys & Math.
