Dr. Ali Evren Göksungur is a Computer Engineer and an Academic Instructor in different Faculties and Universities. He was graduated from Computer Engineering Department of Eastern Mediterranean University (2002). He has completed his master degree and (Phd) Doctorate education at Operations Research Department of Marmara University (2004-2008).
