The available lines for treatment of uterine factor infertility are, adoption, pregnancy in gestational surrogate, and uterine transplantation. The available lines for treatment of uterine factor infertility are, adoption, pregnancy in gestational surrogate, and uterine transplantation. We introduced for the first time a new modality for uterine factor infertility i.e. creating abdominal pregnancy. Patient with Mayer Rokitansky Kister Hauser syndrome subjected to neo vaginal operation, in-vitro fertilization and mini-laparotomy operation to transfer a single embryo on day 5 after creating a peritoneal pouch and injection of Bee venom 0.1ml. Pregnancy passed to 34 weeks gestation. A written consent was taken after explaining the procedure for the patient and her relatives. Abdominal delivery at 34 weeks gestation resultingof a male fetus with APGAR score 7,9 and easy delivery of the placenta. Induction of Abdominal pregnancy is a new modality for treatment of absolute uterine factor infertility.
