In the district of Weimar West, a social hotspot in Weimar, the Weimar Boxing Club is located. Tanja, Nathalie and Altinay are girls between fourteen and seventeen years old, seemingly normal teenagers who meet for boxing. The documentary film Lucky Punch was produced as a book and accompanies the three girls on their way to adulthood and deals with a male sport and their participation in it. The portraits illuminate the social background, their friendship and their shared passion for boxing.
