Alison is a Professor of Physiology and a mother to six who lives with her family in the shadows of the Wasatch mountain range. Her favorites include mountains, Halloween, lightning, purple, reading, video games, and she's embarrassingly overenthusiastic about all things that can be marketed as "Geek" or "Kawaii." She also really loves mythology, cryptozoology, and fairy tales. She won the 2017 Utah Division of Arts and Museums' Original Writing Competition (young adult category). She can be found on http://alisonmillerwoods.com and would love for you to join her there and on her newsletter. Magic exists throughout our world and can be found within you!
