Having been raised in one of the poorest cities in America to becoming an Ivy League graduate, Dr. Ratliff knows firsthand the power of getting a quality education and its long term impact on black and brown students. As a true advocate for educational equity, Dr. Ratliff has made it her life¿s mission to make sure that ALL kids have access to a quality education while feeling loved, known, and inspired.Dr. Ratliff currently lives in Cleveland, Ohio with her snuggly Havapoo puppy, Kyla!
