Autorenporträt

Author Alonza L. Carrington has always enjoyed writing, but his struggle with spelling often held him back. He knew he had a call on his life to write, but it never surfaced for him until he and his wife, Najah E. Carrington, collaborated on their first book, Release. After Release was first published in 2005, the floodgates for writing more inspirational pieces began to just flow for him. Alonza tend to write thought-provoking and inspirational stories, prayers, and lyrics. He hopes to write his first screenplay in the near future. He has been featured in the International Library of Poetry's Uncovered Dreams (2002 publication) and The Best of Poems and Poets of 2004. Alonza currently resides in Virginia with his wife and children.
