Supplemental pages include definitions of a polygon, lines, and angles as well as nuclear family, single parent family, and extended family structures. Readers are also asked to color and draw polygon shapes, describe their own "family shape" and draw a picture of their own family tree. Interactive questions were developed based on common core math standards for geometry and measurement & data. Each design concept was created by me but brought to life by a digital illustrator.
