Dr Archibald Francis De Cruz served 13 years providing strategic talent management solutions to MNC Lafarge/Blue Circle Cement's (Malaysia) logistics, sales, marketing and production subsidiaries and served as a Talent Management Consultant for 5 years with Fortner Consulting. He obtained his PhD from Monash University in 2018. He was a part-time lecturer for four years teaching Hertfordshire University undergraduate business courses including strategy leadership and project management at INTI University college. He was a Lecturer at Sunway University for two years teaching UK's Lancaster University business courses in Strategy Management, Business Ethics, Global Supply-chain Management and Human Resource Management. His research interests include AI governance, corporate and institutional governance, competition/strategy, economic development, and human capital development.
