The reason being attributed to mainly the absence of skill training and attitudinal related problems. To improve using of AIMS for decision making activities; not only technology acquisition rather it has to be along with its necessities. Moreover, equally important to develop understanding of managers and experts at all level by addressing of proper training as well as increasing the proportion of AIMS infrastructures on a sustainable manner in the study area.

The Author was graduated B.Sc. Degree in MIS on July, 2005. Since then, he joined W/Soddo ATVET College as a junior Instructor in ICT till to November, 2008.After that he elected as Head of Registrar Office and worked for five consecutive years and acquired MA. Scholarship and graduated from Mekelle University on December, 2013.
