A. Prof. Jie Xu is in School of Civil Engineering at Tianjin University. He received his PhD from Politecnico di Torino with Prof. Alberto Carpinteri. He is vice chair of the Lab. of Bridge and Structural Engineering and the Chief Engineer of the SHM center.His research is mainly focused on SHM, Ultra-High Performance Material and New technique.
