The media industry in Ghana has suffered many challenges in terms of speech delivery on air for public consumption. This is due to the political nature of the origination and establishment of these organizations. It has therefore been highly a matter of emergency to combat such an organizational malfunction to ensure equitable productivity in the media industry and other related organizations. In this wise, supervisory coaching and self efficacy has become the vehicle to ensuring employee work engagement. These variables are psychologically proven to enhance work engagement through Motivation.
