"Thieves" gives readers a glimpse into the world of organized crime. When Saber finds out that not everyone on her team is as serious and loyal as she thought, she has to decide how to deal with them.

"Ride or Die" shows just how far some people are willing to go for love. After accidentally killing someone, Marie and her boyfriend Trevor must figure out what to do with the body inside their trunk.

Finally, "The Box" demonstrates the importance of true friendship in times of grief and mourning. On the day of her funeral, three friends come together to help each other cope with the fact that she's really gone.

Avery E. Weddell is a writer/screenwriter who primarily focuses on writing drama, thriller, and dystopian stories and scripts. She has her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Creative Writing for Entertainment. Her work has been published in the Scarlet Leaf Review, Foliate Oak Magazine, and on Smashwords. When she isn't busy, Avery can be found exploring the city with her boyfriend in search of new coffee shops.

Avery specializes in creating characters. Not only does she have a passion for writing unique stories, but she also loves to develop characters that are original and different in their own ways. She often puts bits and pieces of herself into her characters, even the minor ones. She enjoys constructing each individual character's personality, down to the littlest and simplest of details.
