Nowadays, too many different research have been made on two-dimensional graphene having unique electrical and mechanical characteristics. Here, our aim is to review the properties and recent discoveries of graphene along with many produced varieties of data from many different studies. Thus, the synthesize of the graphene oxide that are made by two different methods called Hummers and Modified Hummers Methods are given and the reduction of it by the use of hydrazine and vitamin C are explained. Many previous graphene sheet data characterized by transmission electron microscopy, Raman spectroscopy and elemental analysis are given. The physical properties of the products obtained by such two methods are compared and it was seen that the produced reduced graphene oxide with vitamin C (VIGO) was found to have outstanding electrical properties. The VIGO, which prevents the use of toxic agents, contributes to the production of high-quality non-toxic graphene-based materials that are environmentally friendly. The readers will find a wide range of data reflecting many new features of graphene, challenging the new candidate ideas for using them in technology, industry and medical sectors.
