The problem of juvenile delinquency is a major concern in Nigeria.The main objective of this study was to examine the influences of the family as a whole on delinquent behavior of adolescents in secondary schools in Nigeria.The book highlights the extent to which family variables such as type and size of the family, income of parents and so on predispose juveniles in secondary schools to delinquent behavior. The book shows how parents could spend more time with their children, effectively supervise and set clear consistent boundaries for the children in an attempt to deter them from delinquent behaviors.
