Husband and wife duo Bo Shappell and Daniella Land co-wrote this fitness game changer. Bo has a bachelor of science degree in kinesiology, a master's degree in education, and is a certified personal trainer. He is also a middle-school health and physical education teacher with more than ten years of coaching and personal training experience. He sees firsthand the challenges that prevent people from successfully achieving their health and fitness goals. Daniella is a passionate writer who enjoys sharing her inspiration with others.
