Dr. Balwan Singh is working as Deputy Librarian at Nehru Library, CCS Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar,India. He has obtained Ph.D. in Lib. & Inf. Sc. from GGU,Bilaspur in 2011. He has experience of 25 years in Lib. Profession. 3 books and 40 articles have been credited to him. He has obtained 3 months training at Mortenson Center,UIUC,USA.
