As a now packer specialist in the foam plate industry, I've spent years navigating the fast-paced production environment of our EPS/Print department, where we create custom cups for brands like McDonald's. Throughout my journey, I've overcome obstacles, biases, and skepticism from peers who doubted my abilities or simply didn't like me. But I've emerged stronger, with valuable lessons in resilience, determination, and self-acceptance. In this book, I share my story, imperfections and all, to inspire others to embrace their own uniqueness and keep pushing forward. I may not be perfect, but I'm a work in progress, shaped by my experiences and the opinions of those around me. And that's okay.
