Autorenporträt
Barbara Davis Dexter was raised in Milanville, attended grades one through six at the hamlet's one-room school, and majored in business courses at Damascus High School. Creative writing is a hobby of hers, as are art, photography, and gardening. As president of the township's historical society, she has utilized the resources of its archive museum, other historical venues, and individual families to compile this collection of images. Readers will discover that each photograph, whether obtained from a family album or a historical society, has been brought to life through a unique viewpoint.
