Ordained a Bishop in the Dunamis Covenant Connection, Bishop Dr. Barbara E. Austin-Lucas is the founder of Women Organizing, Mobilizing and Building (WOMB) and the Senior Pastor of Agape Tabernacle International Fellowship where she is dedicated to the transformation of lives and nations. Dr. Austin-Lucas holds a Doctorate of Education in Religion and Education, a Doctorate of Ministry and a PhD in Public Policy and Administration. She currently serves as an adjunct professor in the department of Religion and Philosophy at Medgar Evers College of the City University of New York.
