Bettie J Rusher was raised in Detroit, Michigan USA. She has been married for most of her life. First, as a pregnant teenager forced by her parents to marry. From ages 19-27, the honor student's life took a sharp curve, down the road of an abusive marriage, illness, addictions, and prostitution. Thank GOD, on March 13, 1979, she surrendered to GOD, and cried out "What must I do to be saved from this wretched, low life?" JESUS was the answer, and still is! Bettie's second and present marriage has also, surprisingly had it's share of disappointments, especially since they are both Christians. Adultery and Brokenness have been a factor; BUT the Unconditional Love of GOD, Forgiveness and by applying the Strategies, Prayers and Confessions found in her book, Ken and Bettie are daily living a Heavenly Marriage!! As an Author and Minister, Bettie hopes that you, the reader will gain insight and instructions to avoid some of the pitfall and pain that she experienced. Presently, the Power Couple; Ken & Bettie Rusher enjoy quality time with their blended family. They also, love, love, love to travel, especially cruising.
