BENEDICT SHEEHY is Senior Lecturer at RMIT University, Australia. He practiced law in Canada and has taught in tertiary institutions in Canada, Mexico and Australia. His main areas of interest are corporate and commercial law, corporate governance, jurisprudence, globalization, and law and economics. JACKSON MAOGOTO is Senior Lecturer at the University of Newcastle, Australia. His main areas of interest include jurisprudence, international law and counter-terrorism. He is the author of three previous books and over three dozen refereed articles in American, Australian and European journals. He is a member of several international professional associations. VIRGINIA NEWELL is a public lawyer who has most recently taught administrative and constitutional law at the University of Newcastle, Australia and worked for the United Nations Compensation Commission in Geneva.
