Mr.Orfega Benjamin Kwaghvihi was born in 1988, to the family of Chief,Kwaghvihi Anga inGboko,Benue State. He obtained a Bachelor¿s degree in Fisheries and Aquaculture from University of Agriculture Makurdi with Second Class Upper Division.Currently he is working on his M.Sc dissertation as a post graduate student with Benue State University Makurdi.
