Kristin Berkey-Abbott has published individual poems, short stories, and essays in a wide variety of journals and periodicals. Pudding House Publications published her chapbook, Whistling Past the Graveyard, in 2004. Her second chapbook, I Stand Here Shredding Documents, was published by Finishing Line Press in 2011. Kristin Berkey-Abbott studied primarily nineteenth and twentieth century British Literature as she earned a Ph.D. from the University of South Carolina. She has taught many different types of English, Literature and Creative Writing classes through the years. Currently, she oversees the General Education Department at the Art Institute of Ft.
