This book mainly focuses on the possible differences of English Language Anxiety between female and male students in Ethiopian universities, Mizan-Tepi University in focus. The study attempted to measure the anxiety level of boys and girls using FLCAS. An attempt was also made to identify the association between Foreign Language Anxiety and the students' achievement. To this end, the most potential causes of Foreign Language Anxiety for both females and males were pinpointed. With regard to this, possible recommendations aimed at reducing students' anxiety and enhancing their engagement were also suggested. Therefore, as far as no study has been done to examine the possible differences on Foreign Language Anxiety between female and male students in Ethiopia, this monograph will be very helpful for curriculum designers, school teachers, school administrators, researchers, and other stakeholders. After all, Foreign Language Anxiety is becoming the burning issue in the fields of foreign language studies since Professor Elaine K. Horwitz identified this problem in the last 20th century.
