Samuel K. Andoh is Professor of Economics and currently the Director of the MBA Program at Southern Connecticut State University in New Haven, Connecticut, USA. In the past he served as Chair of the Economics and Finance Department and also as Dean of the School of Business. He spent a semester as a Senior Fulbright Scholar in Azerbaijan. Bernice J. deGannes Scott is Associate Professor at the Economics Department, Spelman College, Georgia, USA. Grace Ofori-Abebrese is Senior Lecturer at the Department of Economics, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, Ghana.
