Bich Nga Burrill lives in Winterport, Maine with her husband and three daughters. She immigrated from Vietnam in 1975, worked in California where she met her husband, married and moved to Maine in 1977. She became a citizen in 1981, started Far East Cuisine in 1992 and has been featured in many articles both locally and nationally. She is presently writing her second book.
