Born in 1982 in the eastern part of Côte d Ivoire, Bruno Menzan was first educated at the Université de Bouaké in Côte d Ivoire from which he holds a Licence and a Maîtrise en Droit Public; he then completed an LL.M in Human Rights and Democratisation at the Faculty of Law of University of Pretoria, South Africa.
