Autorenporträt
Brett L. Savage is an Assistant Professor of Teaching at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. He received his Ph.D. in Political Science at the University of California. His research focuses on several areas including American politics, public law, local government, public policy, and electoral behavior. Brett served as the Vice President of the Apple Valley Fire Protection District from 2017-2021. Jacob Sutherland is a PhD Candidate at the University of California, Irvine. His research focuses on several areas including public policy, institutions, urban affairs, and civic engagement. Jacob is also the Managing Editor for Political Research Quarterly.
