The study covers seven major stakeholders that have a stake in sanitation development, namely: Devolution Trust Fund (DTF), National Water Supply and Council (NWASCO), Water and Sanitation of Zambia (WASAZA), CARE International, Ministry of Local Government and Housing (MLGH), Lusaka Water and Sewerage Company (LWSCO), and . Clement Akabati, was born in August 8,1989, attended his Secondary School at Rusangu Secondary School in Monze. He did his undergraduate studies at the University of Zambia and currently he is a graduate student of MBA at the University of Zambia.
